On the right hovering Mother Mary and child Jesus is the Archangel Gabriel carrying a the cross and 4 nails. On the left is the Archangel Michael, carrying the lance that pierced Jesus’s side and an urn filled with the gall that the soldiers offered to Jesus during his crucifixion.
